For a booking or quote, we may also collect booking details, bin size, waste type, delivery and collection dates, site-access instructions, council-permit information where relevant, correspondence and records of your dealings with us. Where you pay online, we may receive limited payment and transaction information such as payment status, amount, date, payment reference and the last four digits of a card. We do not intend to collect or store full card details in our own systems.

When you use our website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referral source, cookie identifiers and interactions with our advertising or website. We may also hold marketing preferences, enquiry records, feedback and complaint information in our customer relationship management system (CRM).

When you choose to pay online, your payment details are collected and processed by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own privacy and security practices. We receive payment confirmation and limited transaction information needed to administer your booking, payment, refunds and accounting. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, including information about traffic, device and browser characteristics, pages visited and how visitors reached our website.
